Why can people benefit from therapy?
Mental health is care is often overlooked because there aren't always physical symptoms present. It is just as important as taking care of your physical health. Therapy is an amazing way to begin to heal yourself from the inside out.

Describe your perfect Sunday (or rainy day)
My perfect rainy day includes reading a good book or snuggling together on the couch with my family and watching a movie together.

What is your favorite place?
My favorite place is Chicago. My husband and I have been visiting there since we started dating and now we love taking our kids there and making memories together as a family!

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
Ballerina or a hair stylist!

What is your go-to “feel good” song?
"Tongue Tied" by Grouplove - this song always puts a smile on my face and makes me want to dance

What is your favorite way to move your body?
I love walking and strength training
