Join us at our new space for a special event for women only in collaboration with Boss Ladies Referral Crew. Be treated to a guided relaxation, organic and local treats, and soul quenching conversation with like-minded women in our community. Every guest has the chance to enter into a raffle to win a Meditation Start-Kit which features lululemon products and local feel-good crafts to jump start your at-home practice.

Join Kacee Must, owner/founder of Citizen Yoga, for a yoga experience on the field at the Big House followed by a short conversation with Eric Hipple regarding mental health and his own journey with depression. Eric Hipple is a former Detroit Lions player who has dedicated his life to educating people about depression, mental health and suicide prevention. A percentage of the proceeds will be benefitting MIRA, The Mental Illness Research Association is a 501c(3) not for profit organization that provides a “Healthy Minds” program aimed at presenting relevant and up to date information on Brain Disorders; specifically depression and behaviors associated with suicide, with a focus on destigmatization. Our mission is to provide this information through presentations provided to High School aged students all over the state of Michigan.
