Workshops

As a full service practice, offering diverse and specialized one-off workshops is key to our mission. Our workshops represent the values we are bringing to our community, centering around education and wellness. Popular workshops include: meditation introduction, mindfulness introduction, mindful eating, nutrition and food, chronic pain management, parenting resources and mindful kids programming. All workshops are 90 minutes in length, $35 per person and nonrefundable. A minimum of three people must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the workshop date in order for the workshop to take place. In the event of a cancelled workshop, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days.





Group class series

We pride ourselves on offering an individualized experience in a group setting. We believe that yoga is more than fitness, it's about learning mindfulness through movement, breath and inner connection. Our group class series reflects that mission. All of our class series are accessible to everyone and beginner friendly. Popular classes include: yoga for everyone, beginner yoga, beginner meditation, advanced meditation, kids mindfulness, kids yoga, yoga for boys, middle school mindfulness, high school mindfulness, and restorative yoga.

Our group class series are packaged in multiple weeks and 60-75 minutes per class. A minimum of three students must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the series start in order for the series to take place. In the event of a cancelled series, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days. All materials are included (mats, props, curriculum). No make-ups for missed classes and registration is non refundable.

Integrative therapy groups

We believe in creating community through connection to yourself and others. Our integrative therapy groups serve this purpose in a safe, interactive space. We know mindful meditation and yoga are incredible tools to for building inner strength. The practice of yoga poses also has the ability to bring emotions to the surface. Our groups introduce and guide participants through mindfulness experiences while sharing the journey with others. Popular therapy groups include: women’s support groups, women’s circle and new moms groups.
