Did you know that most mental health and physical health concerns can be linked back to stress? Stress reduces our ability to let things go, think clearly and regulate our bodies and brain. Stress impacts our thinking, feelings and behaviors. Stress exacerbates anger, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, inflammation, weight gain and pain. It is why we start with stress. We focus on helping you slow down enough to understand what's causing your suffering, what's standing in your way from moving forward and create the changes necessary to feel better. Creating quiet in your body and mind is your baseline for resetting.
