We like to think of middle school as the perfect time for building foundational life skills. The skills to be resilient, set boundaries, manage priorities, remain confident and find contentment are important as academic and social pressures build. Get a step ahead to set your middle schooler up for success at this vulnerable stage and prepare for high school.

In a custom three-part series, your mindfulness coach will address your specific trouble areas to develop the skills to work through your concerns. Each session includes homework, take-home materials and specific guidance for your child.

To maintain continuity, we request that you complete your three sessions within 3 months of starting the series. Once you have purchased the toolkit, you will be directed to our scheduling site to set your first appointment.
