Mindfulness Toolkit: Parents

No parent intentionally wants to pass their own issues onto their kid. But are you aware of your thoughts, behaviors and patterns? Mindfulness helps parents build the skills to look at your own self-perceptions, stories and habits and help create new ways of responding. The goal of this is for you to be able to limit your reactions with your children (or partner!) and instead practice calm, intentional responses when chaos ensues. It’s not about never losing your cool with your kids, but it’s about cultivating your own power to parent from a conscious place. We know you want a happy, peaceful home. We want that for you too.

In a custom three-part series, your mindfulness coach will address your specific trouble areas to develop the skills to work through your concerns. Each session includes homework, take-home materials and specific guidance for you and your partner.

To maintain continuity, we request that you complete your three sessions within 3 months of starting the series. Once you have purchased the toolkit, you will be directed to our scheduling site to set your first appointment.
