Tween + Teen Mindful Yoga 6 Week Class Series

Have fun and find calm each week in this interactive yoga class specially designed for tweens and teens. Students will learn practical mindfulness tools and practice yoga playfully, learning poses to challenge body + brain. Each class involves an introduction to meditation, a proven and effective tool in creating focus, calm and control over emotions.

Our group class series are all 6 weeks at length and 75 minutes per class. There are no make-ups for missed classes. A minimum of three students must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the series start in order for the series to take place. In the event of a cancelled workshop, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days.

All 6 week class series are $135 per person ($22.5 per 75 minute class) and is nonrefundable. All materials are included (mats, props, curriculum).
