Meditation Basics 6 Week Class Series

Begin or grow your meditation practice in this interactive, educational and completely non-judgmental series. Learn the basics behind meditation, helpful tactics you can take anywhere and gain the benefits of this powerful brain training practice. We approach meditation instructor in a scientific, accessible way so this series is perfect for just about anyone.

Our group class series are all 6 weeks at length and 75 minutes per class. There are no make-ups for missed classes. A minimum of three students must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the series start in order for the series to take place. In the event of a cancelled workshop, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days.

All 6 week class series are $135 per person ($22.5 per 75 minute class) and is nonrefundable. All materials are included (mats, props, curriculum).
