Mindfulness Meditation group practice for those with some meditation experience. You will be guided through meditations, as well as having an opportunity to practice silent meditation in a friendly, welcoming setting. There will be time for discussion and questions.
This class $22.5 per 60 minute class and is nonrefundable. All materials are included (mats, props, curriculum). Advanced payment is required.
