High Schoolers Mindfulness + Yoga Class: Fall Series

Wednesdays, 6:30pm-7:30pm

Connect in real life and find calm each week in this interactive mindfulness and yoga class specially designed for this special age group. You will learn practical mindfulness tools and practice yoga learning poses to challenge body + brain. Each class involves mindfulness and meditation, proven and effective tools in creating focus, calm and control over emotions.

All class series are nonrefundable. All materials are included (mats, props, curriculum). There are no make-ups for missed classes. A minimum of three students must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the series start in order for the series to take place. In the event of a cancelled workshop, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days.
