Join us for our 4th seasonal Women’s Circle. Through our experiences thus far in these special circles, there has been immense wisdom coming from the group. Wisdom of self-worth, wisdom of self-care practices, wisdom of self-discovery and resilience in the face of stress, anxiety, depression, body image concerns and relationships.
We follow a similar format as before for this series - coming together in a safe space to be vulnerable and connect with like-minded women. This time, we’re not following a certain curriculum but letting the natural rhythms flow each week. We’ll practice meditation and gentle restorative yoga for peacefulness and strength through stillness. We’ll discuss themes, trends and common obstacles.
Through the collective wisdom we will be rejuvenated, reborn and reset after the series.

Please note, there are no make-ups for missed classes. A minimum of three participants must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the series start in order for the series to take place. In the event of a cancelled program, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days.
