Mindfulness and Meditation for your whole family!

Join us for this interactive, special experience for older children, adults and parents to bring home some helpful coping tools for life’s stressors and the emotional hard stuff. Learn practical methods to share with every member of your family so that everyone can thrive amidst the busyness of the day to day.

All workshops are 90 minutes in length, $35 per person and nonrefundable. A minimum of three people must be registered at least 2 business days prior to the workshop date in order for the workshop to take place. In the event of a cancelled workshop, previously registered participants will receive a full refund within 2 business days.
