Stress impacts our thinking, feelings and behaviors. Stress exacerbates anger, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, inflammation, weight gain and pain. It is why we start with stress. Chronic stress is literally killing us.

We focus on helping you slow down enough to understand what's causing your suffering. By identifying what’s going on in your life and what lifestyle patterns have contributed to your stress, you’ll learn what's standing in your way from moving forward and creating the changes necessary to feel better. Creating quiet in your body and mind is your baseline for resetting.

Through our integrative counseling style, we offer psychotherapy for talking through your stressors, yoga therapy to bring calm to your overworked nervous system, nutrition to balance your gut, and mindfulness meditation to let go of the constant stream of to-do thoughts.
