Integrative Method: Meditation

At Reset we use meditation as a way to build more resiliency, train the brain to be less reactive, process difficult emotions and practice being in discomfort. Many of our beliefs are deeply imbedded and meditation allows clients to get curious about those beliefs and actively work to recondition their inner narrative. Our team guides clients through different mindfulness based meditation experiences to cultivate the insight and calm necessary to heal and create change.

Meditation can include a variety of techniques and forms:
