The Elevated Reset is a three-part immersive experience that guides you into the depths of yourself so you can stop tip-toeing around your healing and self-discovery.
Addressing your unique experiences and present-day concerns, this program takes a deep dive into experiential exercises to guide you to process, let go and move forward with an invigorating new sense of self and direction.
Once you take part in this experience, you can find the wisdom to carry you through the most difficult of times with so much more confidence and self-reliance.
You’ll receive a thorough, custom evaluation, treatment plan, and supplemental assignments throughout your experience all culminating in a robust guidebook for your journey forward into maintaining and nurturing your awakened self.
Modalities you’ll experience:
Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapy: The bedrock of our work, we use mindfulness-based interventions rooted in Parts Work, Inner Child Healing, and identifying the Mother Wound to help you gain greater perspective over your challenges.
Therapeutic Yoga: Not studio yoga, therapeutic yoga is used as a somatic tool to release trauma and tension and provide biofeedback as we navigate through emotional and traumatic disturbances.
Meditation Therapy: Through a hypnotic relaxation state, your subconscious is given space to process and heal from traumatic experiences and overcome habitual obstacles. Done in a safe and guided method, you are invited to dig deeper, quicker as the egoic mind is set aside.
Energy Healing: Using the ancient, studied practices of Reiki and the Chakra System, we use intuitive building practices through meditation and bodywork to help you build awareness of your own inner system, restore imbalances and remove energetic blockages.
