We are a mental health care company on a bold mission to redefine how people experience mental health care. Our approach is rooted in connection, mindfulness, and community - no stuffy bureaucracy here. Every team member has a voice in the direction of our company.

In a world of ever-increasing mental health needs, Reset prioritizes being a personal, private, and local provider of mental health care. And that's the key difference: we care about our immediate communities. We volunteer, partner with local like-minded organizations, provide relevant, free resources through content creation, and are passionate about creating ripples to benefit our local network.

Reset is where you want to be.

Life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to support you through it. We offer accrued PTO, bereavement leave, personal leave, and sabbatical opportunities to help you rest, recharge, and pursue meaningful personal goals.

We also foster a relaxed, welcoming work environment. We’re quite literally a shoes-off practice and encourage you to show up in a way that feels authentic and comfortable to you, whether that’s sweatshirts, jeans, or yoga pants.

At Reset Brain and Body, we believe comfort and professionalism can coexist.

Open Roles

  • We’re seeking a fully licensed psychotherapist (LPC, LMSW, LP, LMFT) with additional training or certification in holistic modalities such as mindfulness, creative expression, somatic and movement therapies, meditation, yoga, sports psychology, hypnosis, EMDR, breathwork, or energy healing. This full-time W2 position supports individual clients at our Plymouth or Northville offices, currently in a hybrid format.

Our approach is integrative and eclectic; we don’t follow a single modality but value clinicians who can blend multiple techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. Candidates should have a strong personal self-reflection practice, be open to flexible scheduling, and be excited to grow within an innovative, fast-growing mental health practice.

We offer a relaxed, casual work environment, supportive colleagues, and a collaborative team culture. This is an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded clinicians who are passionate about their work and seeking meaningful career growth.

We are currently not accepting clinical interns
