Careers

We are a mental health care company on a bold mission to redefine how people experience mental health care. Our approach is rooted in connection, mindfulness, and community - no stuffy bureaucracy here. Every team member has a voice in the direction of our company.

In a world of ever-increasing mental health needs, Reset prioritizes being a personal, private, and local provider of mental health care. And that's the key difference: we care about our immediate communities. We volunteer, partner with local like-minded organizations, provide relevant, free resources through content creation, and are passionate about creating ripples to benefit our local network.

Reset is where you want to be.

Life can be unpredictable, but we’re here to help you through it! We offer bereavement leave, personal leave, sabbatical leave for personal goals, and accrued PTO for our operations team.

Also, we offer a casual work environment. We’re (literally) a shoes off practice, and we encourage you to show up in a way that feels authentic and comfortable to you - yes, even if that means sweatshirts, jeans, or yoga pants.

Interested in joining our team? Please see open roles below and apply with your resume. We request that you share your licensure (limited/clinical) status if applying for a role as a therapist on our clinical team.

Open Roles

  • For this role, we are hiring a fully licensed psychotherapist (LPC, LMSW, LP, LMFT) with an additional background (certification or degree) in holistic modalities such as mindfulness, creative expression, somatic and movement, meditation, yoga, sports psychology, hypnosis, EMDR, breath work, or energy healing for a full time W2 position to work with individual clients in our Plymouth or Ann Arbor offices (currently hybrid). While we do not follow any particular modality, we prefer candidates who can weave intervention styles together and truly take an integrative, eclectic approach.

Additionally, candidates must have a strong self-reflection practice of their own, be willing to work nights and weekends, and be interested in developing within a fast-growing, innovative mental health practice. We offer a relaxed, casual work environment, friendly colleagues, and supportive team culture. We are an established practice with strong traction and looking for entrepreneurial-minded and passionate clinicians interested in growth opportunities and a strong career path.

We are currently not accepting clinical interns
