After successfully completing her second 200-hr registered yoga teacher training certificate, Sam took a giant leap of faith in an effort to pursue her passion project, advocating for and cultivating supportive interventions for individuals who suffer with chronic anxiety and clinical depression. She quickly transitioned out of the corporate marketing arena, enrolled as an MSW student at Wayne State University, and began constructing a full-time yoga and meditation platform focused on integrating mindful movement into a more holistic, breath centered path of mind/body healing. Sam’s intention is always to lead with honesty and integrity as she supports her community in acknowledging deeper connections within themselves, their family system and environment as a whole.
