Blaise is passionate about helping others live their lives intentionally and authentically. He began personally using mindfulness as a method to reduce stress and anxiety with high athletic and academic demands. He has since taught mindfulness strategies and exercises to athletes and coaches competing in different levels of competition from middle school athletes to the collegiate level. Through increased awareness of the mind and body experience individuals are better able to perform not only in sport and school but in every area of life.
