Meet Bailee…

Who is your ideal client?
I have no preference regarding gender identity, I enjoy working with all young humans. My ideal client is engaged and shares a desire to begin a mindful life journey. I enjoy working with people who are open-minded and willing to do the work it might take to begin building new habits to everyday living.

Why do you like being a therapist?
I like being a therapist because I enjoy empowering others and sharing helpful tools that have also helped empower me. I enjoy digging for purpose and peace in different healthy ways that can make life worth while.

What’s something you wish people knew about therapy?
Life can happen in waves and it can be nice to have someone to chat about it with. Therapy can be a helpful tool to help ground the mind and body.

Why can people benefit from therapy?
People can benefit from therapy through the opportunity to improve communication and gain more self-acceptance. Benefits range from ability to change physical or thinking habits to better being able to express emotions.

What does “success” in therapy look like to you?
Showing up and doing your best, and that can look different each time.

What’s something you’d like clients to know about how you work?
I find joy in working with youth. I’m very open minded, enjoy exploring thoughts and emotions through multiple modalities. I’m here to be a support and share my experience and knowledge behind our human nature and assist in building tools to embrace living.

Describe your perfect Sunday (or rainy day)
A perfect Sunday, is a rainy Sunday, where I can practice and grow in my personal faith and self. After a slow morning, I would enjoy tea or coffee in my reading corner. It would be early spring outside.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A teacher.

Favorite quote?
Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. Always.” - Robin Williams

If you could make a rule for a day and everyone had to follow it, what would it be?
I would place a rule that everyone must have a cup of tea at sunrise

Do you collect anything?
Snow globes
