I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating emotional intensity, identity struggles, or simply seeking someone to truly listen. My ideal clients are those who are ready for change—even if they don't know where to start. I’m passionate about supporting individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm behaviors, or those in need of crisis survival and distress tolerance skills. I also connect deeply with teenagers who feel they lack a trusted adult to talk to about their mental health. Therapy, for me, is not about guiding or advising, but about walking alongside people in their healing journey.

Certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I incorporate mindfulness, art therapy, and play therapy into my practice to offer structured, creative, and individualized coping tools. These modalities can be beneficial to people of all ages and be the modality that finally “clicks.” I believe therapy that involves movement and creativity allows people the opportunity to explore a part of themselves they might not be familiar with. I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore who they are, process life experiences, and celebrate progress—no matter how small. Whether it’s tackling difficult emotions or simply taking a session to talk about hobbies and interests, I value every step forward and honor my client’s pace. It's important to me that people know there is no deadline with healing.
