Whether you’re seeking to strengthen your communication skills, learn to set boundaries, or find more ease in difficult moments, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity. I believe therapy is an expansive container, a space where every part of your experience (emotions, thoughts, memories, beliefs, opinions, struggles, wins, etc.) is welcome and valid. Inspired by my background in philosophy and poetry, I create a thoughtful and reflective space where we can explore the themes that shape your life, helping you gain deeper insight, clarity, and personal growth.
As a therapist, I value meeting people where they are at each session, and on their lifelong healing journey. My practice specializes in supporting clients with life transitions, navigating relationships, and accessing intuition and inner wisdom. I integrate evidence-based approaches with holistic, reflexive, and somatic-based practices, and am additionally trained in psychedelic integration therapy.
