I enjoy working with individuals who are open, curious, and motivated to grow. My favorite part of being a therapist is the humanness involved in the work! I believe therapy should be a flexible, personalized space that adapts to your unique needs and goals, and it’s a privilege to be trusted in that part of your journey. :)

I'm passionate about helping clients heal from past trauma, ease the physical symptoms of anxiety, build self-esteem, and break patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll work toward helping you reconnect with yourself and feel more grounded in your day-to-day routines.

To help us do that, I use somatic and trauma-informed therapies. These approaches help us explore how past experiences may impact you in the present, and understand how stress and trauma can show up in the body.

My hope is that our sessions provide a safe, open environment where you can process important experiences, move through life’s challenges, and navigate relationships while focusing on what matters most to you.
