My ideal client is someone who is ready to take a deep breath and show up authentically and ready to explore and grow. I specialize in helping folks move through transitions, particularly adolescents, young adults, and pregnant and parenting people. My approach to therapy is rooted in authenticity, curiosity, compassion, and humility. You are the expert in your own life, and I'm here to support you and offer space for growth, reflection, and exploration. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness-based CBT, and find that melding different approaches and modalities can allow us to find the things that work for you in your life. I will often invite us to name an emotion, take a deep breath, or identify other calming and regulating skills for use during and beyond session.

It is a privilege to be trusted by my clients to walk with them and share in their journey. I love the human-ness of being a therapist, and feel very connected to my values in this work. Therapy can be a space to learn more about what makes you tick, make connections between your past experiences and present challenges, and explore your values and goals. It can also be a space to learn skills to help you manage daily life, your emotions, and relationships with others. Please remember - success in therapy looks different for each person seeking therapy. Knowing that, I aim to create a collaborative and safe environment for you to figure out what success looks like for you.
