If you’re looking for a space where you can be honest without performing, reconnect with your values, and start building a life that actually fits you actually are, you’re in the right place. I primarily work with people who have mastered the art of holding it together, until the weight of it starts showing up in ways they can't outwork, outperform, or out-create.

As a Black woman and therapist, my work is culturally rooted in the experiences of Black folx and extends that same depth of care to BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and anyone navigating anxiety, unprocessed grief, relational patterns on repeat, inherited scripts, religious trauma, or the quiet burnout that comes from carrying too much for too long.

I practice through a trauma-informed lens, which shapes how I approach all of my work. My mindfulness-based modalities include ACT and grounding/present-moment awareness practices. My somatic-informed work helps clients tune into what their body is holding through breathwork and nervous system regulation. I also draw from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and creative expression. I offer this combination because healing has to honor the whole person: mind, body, story, and lived experience.

  • That the things that make me hard to categorize are the same things that make me effective. I'm a therapist who thinks like a creative, builds like an entrepreneur, and feels like an artist. For a long time I thought I needed to pick a lane. Recently I stopped apologizing for the fact that I don't fit neatly into one, and started recognizing that's exactly why my work lands the way it does.
