If you are willing to dedicate your time and energy to the healing process and approach therapy with a spirit of openness, presence, and a desire to show up and do the work, exactly as you are, you’ve found the right place. I believe in the transformative power of therapy. As a collaborative journey, building meaningful therapeutic relationships built on a foundation of care and trust are essential components of care. I’m here to embark on this worthwhile quest with you. It’s a universal truth that we all need support, whether it takes the form of therapy or not. Another truth: none of us have it all figured out. And although suffering may be an unavoidable fact of life, that does not mean it must be endured without support, hope, or adaptive transformation.

My practice eclectically blends techniques to enhance the mind-body connection, helping you increase self-awareness and self-understanding, process past experiences, regulate emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and improve quality of life. I strive to create a supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s complexities with confidence and hope. My mission is to meet you wherever you are, offer support in setting attainable goals, and celebrate your progress and achievements toward greater well-being and self-actualization. My approach emphasizes uncovering and strengthening the innate resilience within you, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and circumstances.

I welcome adults and adolescents (ages 14+) navigating a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress/burnout, relationship issues, and trauma, among others. I have a special passion for supporting clients navigating chronic and acute illness. I bring a personal understanding to this work, drawing from my own experience living with chronic illnesses. My background working as a medical social worker (inpatient psych, hospice care) and in various healthcare roles and settings, informs my practice anchored in medical literacy and an understanding of navigating complex health-systems.

Clients have described me with the following descriptors: attentive, caring, compassionate, competent, empathetic, engaged and engaging, helpful, insightful, invested, personable, resourceful, skilled, supportive, thoughtful, thought-provoking, trustworthy, and warm.
