With a deep care for relational attunement, I value the process of co-creating a therapeutic “container” where you consistently feel seen, heard, and accepted. My vision is to meet you as you are, in each session, with authenticity, curiosity, and honesty. I utilize an eclectic, individualized mind-body approach to support you as you hone coping skills to navigate past, present and future challenges, enrich self-understanding, and evolve in alignment with your personal goals.

A core focus of my practice is supporting people who are living with chronic or acute illness including complex pain, autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal disorders such as IBD and IBS, and other ongoing medical challenges. Together, we can work to reduce the emotional and physical toll these conditions often bring.

My scope of interest extends to supporting individuals and families facing progressive or terminal illnesses. I offer a compassionate space for those navigating palliative and end-of-life care, and work closely with caregivers who may be experiencing stress, grief, or burnout as they support their loved ones.

As a somatically-oriented clinician, I recognize how deeply stress, illness, and trauma can be held in the body. I am committed to securely guiding my clients as they process medical trauma, learn to reconnect with their bodies, and move toward greater symptom relief and improved quality of life.
