Location: Farmington, Michigan
Appointments: In-office and Telehealth
I welcome adults and adolescents (ages 16+) who may identify as anxious or neurodivergent, as well as “ramblers” who feel like they are “too much” because they are highly sensitive, get stuck in their heads, experience strong emotions, and are looking to love and accept themselves again. My clients also tend to be people who are open to platonic and romantic love or looking to improve their current relationships. A few approaches and interventions that you can expect from me include yoga therapy, creative expression and poetry, meditation, and somatic teachings. I use these therapeutic modalities to help people feel seen and heard, while also providing a unique and heartfelt platform for clients’ introspection and self-expression.
I believe in the power of therapy to transform both your relationship with yourself and others. While some people assume something has to be “wrong” to begin therapy, that’s not the case. You are human, living in a world expecting you to be a robot. Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to give you the tools to show up each day as your authentic human self and to help you in finding a path forward based on your unique and individual needs and desires. I aim to support you in trying your best to take one step outside your comfort zone - whether that is in embracing joy and pleasure, or sitting with challenging emotions. I am very curious, intuitive, and love deep conversations, but when you’re in session with me, you’re the expert in the room. I love supporting people in their healing journeys and being a safe space for huans to take off their masks and be able to laugh and cry freely.
