• Why do you like working in mental health care?

  One of the reasons I wanted to work in mental health care is because it allows me the opportunity to support and develop teams that make a real difference in people's lives and allows me the opportunity to create inclusive, empowering work environments where employees feel valued and supported.

• What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

  Depends on my mood. Coconut Chocolate Almond or Lemon Custard

• Describe your perfect Sunday

  My perfect Sunday would be a visit to an independent bookstore (or 3!) where I have no budget on how many books I get to take home!

• What is your favorite place?

  My favorite place is the Red Rocks Amphitheater, especially when I'm there watching The Head and The Heart perform. The combination of the stunning natural backdrop and their music together is my happy place.

  The Happiest Man on Earth: The Beautiful Life of an Auschwitz Survivor by Eddie Jaku

• As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?

  I always thought I would operate an animal rescue. I am a two-time foster failure and would likely rescue even more animals if I had the space!
