I work with individuals who are ready to explore, reflect, and grow—not because they have to, but because they want to live with more clarity, presence, and alignment. My clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are beyond their roles or past experiences. They’ve held it together for a long time, sometimes for years on their own, but they’re now seeking a deeper connection—with themselves, with others, and with life. In our work together, we gently uncover patterns, process emotional pain, and develop tools for responding to life with more intention and compassion.
Therapy, to me, is a relational and embodied process of coming home to yourself—rooted in safety, curiosity, and care. I draw from mindfulness, somatic practices, and inner child work to help clients reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve had to hide or protect. Healing isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about showing up, softening, and choosing yourself over and over again. As someone who’s also been on the other side of the therapist’s chair, I hold deep respect for the strength, courage and vulnerability it takes to begin. I’m here to walk alongside you—not with all the answers, but with the belief that you already carry what you need to heal and grow.
