Life transitions can feel exciting, confusing, lonely, or completely overwhelming all at once. Together, we work to navigate change, better understand patterns, and build confidence in facing life’s challenges. My approach focuses on improving communication, increasing self-awareness, and helping clients feel more grounded and in control of their lives. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps. I especially enjoy supporting people who are figuring out who they are, where they fit, and how to move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Having been in therapy myself, I understand how difficult it can be to open up, especially when life feels uncertain. That lived experience helps me connect with clients authentically and compassionately, building trust with those who may feel hesitant about starting therapy. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work through it together.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief in the power of authenticity and connection. We all face our own struggles, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and empowering so we can work through yours. I often bring in elements like art, music, movement, or whatever you connect with to help make it easier to talk and express what’s going on. I’m trained in trauma-focused CBT and draw from attachment theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you build greater self-understanding, develop effective tools for managing life’s challenges, and strengthen your connection to yourself and the people around you.

The best Sundays are when I can wake up without an alarm and enjoy a slow morning with coffee, sunshine, and my dog running around the backyard. I enjoy going to the gym, taking long walks with my dog, cooking for the week ahead, and spending time with family and friends over dinner or ice cream.
