Welcome! If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or stressed navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s obsessive overthinking, struggles with body image or eating, challenges with executive function, or burnout from life transitions—you’re not alone. Therapy can be an empowering decision to invest in yourself and a powerful step toward healing with lasting change. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you are heard, understood, and respected while building practical tools to manage life more effectively.

I specialize in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds on a wide range of issues—including obsessions and compulsions, body image and eating struggles, attention-deficit and neurodivergence, trauma, mood dysregulation, life transition, anxiety, depression, aging and chronic pain, addiction, grief and more.

I encourage clients to be empowered to be their authentic self in sessions, which includes communicating openly about their needs and preferences, but also we can laugh, cry, move, create, sing, express ourselves. Thank you for choosing to work with me, and I look forward to meeting you soon!
